Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

2. Membership Coordinator
Role Overview:
The Membership Coordinator is the primary point of contact for our professional community. You will manage the member lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to engagement and retention—fostering a strong, connected, and growing network of project management professionals.
Key Responsibilities:

3. Training & Event Coordinator

The Training & Event Coordinator is the operational backbone of our professional development initiatives. You will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, logistics, and execution of IPMA Philippines' training workshops, seminars, and conferences, ensuring they deliver exceptional value to our members and the wider project management community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all logistical aspects of virtual, hybrid, and in-person training sessions and events.
- Liaise with trainers, speakers, partners, and venue providers.
- Manage participant registration, communication, and feedback collection.
- Provide on-the-ground support during events to ensure a seamless experience.
- Assist in developing event budgets and monitoring expenses.
- Contribute to marketing efforts for event promotion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event coordination or administration.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
