1. Graphic Designer

Role Overview:

The Graphic Designer will shape the visual identity of IPMA Philippines. You will create compelling and on-brand digital and print materials that communicate our mission, promote our events, and engage our community across various platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design a wide range of marketing and communication materials, including social media graphics, website assets, email banners, event collaterals, and presentation decks.

  • Ensure all visual outputs are consistent with the IPMA and IPMA Philippines brand guidelines.

  • Collaborate with the team to translate concepts and messaging into effective visual designs.

  • Manage multiple design projects from concept to delivery within deadlines.

  • Suggest and implement improvements to the visual style and user experience of digital platforms.


Qualifications:

  • A portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design skills.

  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

  • Understanding of design principles for both print and digital media.

  • Ability to take initiative, receive feedback, and work independently.

  • Experience in video editing or motion graphics is a plus.


2. Membership Coordinator

Role Overview:

The Membership Coordinator is the primary point of contact for our professional community. You will manage the member lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to engagement and retention—fostering a strong, connected, and growing network of project management professionals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process new membership applications and renewals.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership records in the database.

  • Address member inquiries and provide timely support via email and phone.

  • Develop and implement engagement strategies, including welcome packs and member surveys.

  • Coordinate member-exclusive events and benefits programs.

  • Prepare regular reports on membership growth and engagement metrics.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

  • Prior experience in customer service, membership management, or association administration is an advantage.

  • Strong customer-oriented mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.

  • Detail-oriented with good data management skills.


3. Training & Event Coordinator

Role Overview:

The Training & Event Coordinator is the operational backbone of our professional development initiatives. You will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, logistics, and execution of IPMA Philippines' training workshops, seminars, and conferences, ensuring they deliver exceptional value to our members and the wider project management community.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute all logistical aspects of virtual, hybrid, and in-person training sessions and events.
  • Liaise with trainers, speakers, partners, and venue providers.
  • Manage participant registration, communication, and feedback collection.
  • Provide on-the-ground support during events to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Assist in developing event budgets and monitoring expenses.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts for event promotion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in event coordination or administration.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in office and online registration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, MS Office, event platforms).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
